Lady Dash Cares

Lady Dash is a solution based company that strives to make a positive impact on our clients, their customers and our Community. While commercial cleaning is the backbone of this company, Lady Dash also works to create solutions outside of the business sector.

Lady Dash Cares Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization addressing the issues of homelessness, child advocacy, and career readiness and placement. We seek to raise awareness, curate tangible solutions, and take action on decreasing these three societal issues.

Combatting Homelessness

Everyone deserves food, shelter and clothing POINT. BLANK. PERIOD. But yet we see many urban cities overrun with homeless and displaced people trying to survive any way possible. LDC has created a two-part Charge of Action for this issue;

F.I.G.H.T. (Friendship Initiates Greater Health Tools) Campaign seizes the opportunity to have “Boots on Ground” and help address the needs of our displaced community members. Most people turn away at a homeless person, never asking or caring about how they got there. With friendship and compassion we seek to build bonds and work together towards a solution. With this campaign we will offer not only food and clothing, but healthcare services, cleaning stations, mental health & wellness assessments and job opportunities.

LDC Realty is the collaborative think-tank component working to find or help create temporary and affordable housing opportunities. Finding assets that can be repurposed for housing is the primary focus as there are not enough homeless shelters or programs to address this growing issue. LDC will work to raise money and nurture partnerships with other organizations to secure housing opportunities.

Child Advocacy

Our love for children is paramount. We believe our youth should be prepared to succeed and flourish for the duration of their lives. Unfortunately, we also know of many children that face harsh circumstances and sometimes tougher obstacles than some adults. LDC refuses to ignore those situations. Foster children and at-risk youth are the primary focus area for LDC as most of those kids are treated the same as homeless adults, ignored and discarded by society. LDC will work with government, and private organizations to mentor, empower and prepare our at-risk youth for a brighter future, and show them people do care.

Career Readiness

This last component is blended with our first two target areas as LDC seeks to empower and prepare our youth and the homeless. There is also the adolescent and young adult age range who are unsure of where to go and how to get there. LDC will work to highlight and introduce community members to trades program, certifications and other methods to show them what other forms of success look like. Construction and cleaning are some of the industries that will be highlighted as we wish to guide people into lucrative occupations that may not require college or have an easier way of entry.
